1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AoraNest website www.aoranest.com, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that entity.

2. Definitions

• "Customer" means any individual or entity that places an order through the Services.
• "Product(s)" means the hospitality amenities, diffusers, soaps, lotions, linens, and other goods offered on the Services.
• "Order" means a request by a Customer to purchase one or more Products through the Services.
• "GST" means Goods and Services Tax as applicable under Indian law.
• "B2B Customer" means a hotel, resort, Airbnb property, or commercial entity purchasing Products for business use.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders & Pricing

• All Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Any price change will apply to orders placed after the effective date.
• An Order does not constitute a contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your Order.
• We may reject or cancel Orders for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
• Bulk pricing and volume discounts shown on the B2B portal apply to eligible customers at our discretion.

5. Payment

• Payments are processed through Razorpay, a certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets as available through Razorpay.
• B2B customers may opt for invoice-based billing with NET 7 / NET 15 payment terms (subject to credit approval).
• All amounts are payable in Indian Rupees. Prices quoted exclude shipping charges unless stated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India via trusted logistics partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart).
• Delivery timelines vary by location: typically 3–7 business days for metro cities, 5–10 business days for remote areas.
• Free shipping applies to orders above ₹500. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our detailed Shipping & Returns Policy for full details. Summary:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with GST invoice included.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return acceptance.
• Custom or white-labeled products are non-returnable unless defective.
• Bulk B2B orders may have different return terms as agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of AoraNest Essentials Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
• Submit false or misleading information during registration or ordering.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Services.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Services without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, AoraNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
• Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
